"I feel like this album really solidified our sound because it defined us as a harder rock band. It seems people's attention spans are different now because of technology and a short group of songs speaks to that current trend. People tend to pick their favorite songs off an album so I decided to do that for them by selecting the best songs out of a group of our recordings. It's a bundle of songs that compliment each other.
Relate is three songs that talk about relationships in a different way. It explores the healing process. People aren't used to hearing a song analyze - what do I do and how do I do it? KatZen makes you RELATE in that way because everyone feels unsure and unsteady when major changes are happening even if they bring hope.
